This film is a series of iconoclastic images he created for the background projections. Stunning, specially shot sequences (featuring actors, the Pet Shop Boys, and friends of Jarman) contrast with documentary montages of nature, all skillfully edited to music tracks.

Keratin is a collaboration with the London Sinfionetta, visually responding to Gavin Higgins' Seven Welsh Folk Songs: I. Dacw 'Nghariad i. The film tells the journey of a mating of elements, two bodies grieve over a lost third: a child separated from their womb. The three bodies bound by their keratin, regain connection in a wombic journey which spiritually networks the three into a fused collective body.
Shot on 16mm film in New York and composed in Berlin, the work explores polarizing themes of the metropolis. Audibly and visually, the viewer is put in a flicker between serenity and intensity; harrowing ambience cut with sharp beeps, vulnerable steps mashed in high velocity.

Unable to bear with the taunts of mother, Sadegh eventually breaks his oath and takes his legal wife to bed. Informed of this betrayal, Ghalandar waylays Sadegh at a dark night and stabs him to death. Eshrat, suspecting who is behind this murder, flees and joins a whorehouse, intent to exact her revenge by staining the name of his so-far respectable brother...
Usha (Zarina Wahab) comes to her sister's house for relief from a terrible tragedy of her life which is the accidental death of her lover Ravi played by Shankar. In the new place, she meets Ramankutty, played by Nedumudi Venu, who is the friend of Vasu Menon (Bharath Gopi), husband of her sister. Their friendship eventually turns into love, but Ramankutty's mother does not allow this proposal. Usha slowly realizes that Vasu Menon's feelings for her are wayward, but she does not tell her sister as she fears that this will ruin their family. So Usha decides to go back to her home, on the way she meets Ramankutty, who has convinced his mother about marrying Usha.

A rich man hires them to treat his impetuous young wife who is always running of for submarine rides and the like. The boys ruin a dinner party at their clients mansion but their antics so amuse his wife the she is cured and the stooges are paid off handsomely.
The director goes back to her roots in Pangnirtung, amongst her family and community. It leads her to another journey: to Qipisa, the outpost camp from where they were uprooted.
