Territorios extraordinarios is a documentary that delves into the heart of Northern Neuquén. Crossing the peaks and valleys of the imposing Cordillera del Viento, we will get to know some of its ancient settlers, breeders and gold prospectors. Marcelina Aguilera, Ananías Retamal, Felipe Méndez and Conradino Contreras will accompany us on an exploratory journey where, in their stories and experiences, we will see reflected some of the landmarks, myths and rites of these lands.

The Temple of Augustus and Livia seen near Saint-Prim

A study of observations around the ancient monument of the temple of Augustus and Livia and to cities of Vienne, Chonas-l'Amballan and Saint-Prim. Firstly proposed as a sort of ghost hunting, the project seems to focus on a world of figures, the whispers of the roads, diegetic/non-diegetic sounds and a camera that tries to investigate under fragments of logic and articulating cuts.

Variations on How to Farm a City

Sprout. In the vacant lots against the hammering of buildings always under construction, between walls of granite, cement and sheet metal with rust, moss and cats; on the hillside between the train and the river, next to the traffic on the highway, facing the subway, vegetable gardens sprout. In this city, the choreography of ancient gestures of cultivating the land is repeated day after day, without fail. Sowing, digging, harvesting, watering, eating, talking, resting and returning the next day. The longest day of the year brings S. João and nobody goes to bed, but when the sun rises, the discreet gestures of resistance will restart.

The Dead Nation

A documentary-essay which shows Costică Axinte's stunning collection of pictures depicting a Romanian small town in the thirties and forties. The narration, composed mostly from excerpts taken from the diary of a Jewish doctor from the same era, tells the rising of the antisemitism and eventually a harrowing depiction of the Romanian Holocaust.

This image has thrived for the decades since Che Guevara's death and has evolved into an iconic image, which represents a multitude of ideals.
