For the first time in 14 years, experience Daft Punk like never before! The first professionally recorded live show; revived meticulously by remastering and restoring the audio and video. The Alive 2007 show is considered a staple in live performances featuring the signature 'Pyramid' and groundbreaking visuals, which is now complemented by a fully remastered audio track which aims to maximize the experience. This video was subjected to an extensive restoration process. Initially it went through Topaz Video Enhance AI, afterwards it was extensively processed through Davinci Resolve. The waves of the fjords hit the shore waking the little gnome. In a fantastic mountain landscape, the gnome finds the entrance to a mysterious grotto. Fascinated by the flickering light, he follows the direction from where it comes. The creeping gnome is watched from behind picturesque rocks by trolls. Behind the next rock paragraph, the gnome notices the shadows of the trolls dancing in a frenzied rhythm. Above a huge bonfire towers the figure of the King of the Mountains. The gnome is pulled into the dancing circle. In the final stage of the ecstatic dance, the King of the Mountains leaps into the fire and emerges from it as the all-powerful ruler of the underworld.

Adrift Potentials

This pseudo diary film is made of found materials from an unfinished 16mm film. Potenciais à Deriva is a film started by a Brazilian artist under a pseudonym while living in exile in Los Angeles, California. Isolated shots and previously assembled scenes reveal an intention to create a mysterious film comprised of disembodied interviews, empty rooms, radio recordings, soccer games, and sudden apparitions of the filmmaker that slowly ruminates on Brazil's colonial past, North American Imperialism and the military dictatorship of the time in a paranoid and anxious manner. Be aware that the film's final version never came to exist. This version presented is my mere attempt to produce a film with these otherwise lost images.

Acts Of Faith

Auto Da Fé is a diptych that looks at migration through the lens of religious persecution. Presented as a poetic period drama, the film presents a series of eight historical migrations over the last 400 years, starting with the little known 1654 fleeing of Sephardic Jews from Catholic Brazil to Barbados. As the film develops, we are presented with tale after tale of populations being displaced along religious lines, right up to the present day migrations from Hombori, Mali and Mosul, Iraq. Religion, persecution and migration are, it seems, old and continuing bedfellows. The work was filmed on location in Barbados, but the landscape is deliberately anonymous, reflecting the universal nature of these stories.
