Mithun Madhavan (Mohanlal) appears as a Mumbai-based Information Technology industrialist but a psychologist in reality. Priyan (Indrajith) is a software engineer working under Mithun. Priyan is in love with his uncle's daughter Dhwani (Parvathi) who was born and brought up in Chennai.
