On August 5, 1928, after 2 hours and 32 minutes of racing, the 71st rooster wearing the bib entered the Olympic stadium in Amsterdam. Ahmed El Ouafi Bouguéra wins the gold medal and becomes the first Olympic champion from the African continent. He achieved his feat under the tricolor flag. The start of his real marathon is underway. The history of sport extends to the history of Algeria and France. This documentary retraces the different stages of the life of this great champion, not only the history of sport but also the great story. Archival photographs and interviews mingle with the painted paintings. The series thus once again gives voice to this forgotten hero, one of the great heroes of immigration who defended France for more than a century.

De Düva is a 1968 Oscar-nominated American short film that parodies the films of Swedish director Ingmar Bergman, including Wild Strawberries and The Seventh Seal. The film borrows heavily from the plot lines of some of Bergman's most famous films. The dialogue, seemingly in Swedish, is actually a Swedish-accented fictional language based on English, German, Latin, and Swedish, with most nouns ending in "ska." The film was nominated for an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film.

Harold Shipman: Doctor Death

James Bolam portrays serial killer Dr. Harold Shipman in this made-for-TV drama. When the high death rate of his practice was investigated, it was discovered that he had given lethal doses of diamorphine to a vast number of his patients. He was put on trial where he was convicted of 15 murders and sentenced to life imprisonment.
