Billy Elliot

County Durham, England, 1984. The miners' strike has started and the police have started coming up from Bethnal Green, starting a class war with the lower classes suffering. Caught in the middle of the conflict is 11-year old Billy Elliot, who, after leaving his boxing club for the day, stumbles upon a ballet class and finds out that he's naturally talented. Christina Aguilera's spectacular 2022 LA Pride performance broadcasted by the digital experience platform NoCap, as she headlined LA Pride’s Music Fest at Los Angeles State Historic Park, on a Thursday, June 30 at 7 PM PST/10 PM EST. Aguilera brought the nostalgia as she was joined by Mya for a rendition of Moulin Rouge!‘s “Lady Marmalade.” She also brought out pop star Kim Petras for a performance of her song “XXX” and Paris Hilton to perform her hit “Stars Are Blind”. The performance featured a closet’s worth of stunning Pride flag-colored outfits that she switched in and out of as she belted out her classic hits like the 2003 orchestral-tinged arena rock song “Fighter.” Xtina also shouted out her LGBTQ+ fans with a montage that ferociously came after Florida’s state legislature for its atrocious “Don’t Say Gay” bill. It was iconic, to say the least.
