"Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Kumo Otoko" is an animated OVA based on the gag manga Kamen Rider SD: Hurricane Legend. The Team Rocket leader, Giovanni, has found Mewtwo in a remote area of the Johto region. The Clone Pokemon are also captured and are then used as bait for Mewtwo.
