He performed his art at Jazz a Vienne, Montroux Jazz Festival, Barcelona Jazz Festival and many others. In 2021, together with The Cuban Jazz Syndicate, he presented his album "Y llegó la luz". During a concert at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid at the beginning of 2022, Olivera and his bandmates performed not only songs from the mentioned album - "Para Tito Puente", "Bolero Danzongo" or "Danza del Carnaval" - but also other hits, such as "Mozambique"
