Ijon Tichy: Raumpilot is a satiric German television series loosely based on the series of science fiction stories The Star Diaries by Stanisław Lem. The television series was created by Randa Chahoud, Dennis Jacobsen, and Oliver Jahn with Jahn playing the protagonist, space traveller Ijon Tichy. The major female role is played by Nora Tschirner. The first season was aired from 26 March 2007 on ZDF on Mondays at 23:55 hours. Each episode used to be published online as a streaming video one week before the airing on ZDFmediathek, an online repository operated by that channel. In November 2011, the second season was aired on ZDFneo. Both seasons are available on DVD.

The World of Golden Eggs Season 2 DVD-Box was ranked 12th with 49,000 sold and The World of Golden Eggs #2 was ranked 15th with 47,000 copies sold. The World of Golden Eggs Vol. 01 was voted top selling anime/special effects DVD in Japan in 2008 with 97,292 copies. The anime was adapted into a Wii game and a Nintendo DS game called The World of Golden Eggs: Nori Nori Rhythm-kei and The World of Golden Eggs: Nori Nori Uta Dekichatte Kei respectively.
In the Name of the Fada was a show that aired on RTÉ from 13 March to 17 April 2008, documenting Irish-American comedian Des Bishop and his pursuit of fluency in the Irish language.
