A Step Into The Past

A Step into the Past is a 2001 Hong Kong television series produced by TVB and based on Huang Yi's novel of the same Chinese title. EastEnders: E20 is a British Internet soap opera, which began airing on 8 January 2010. A spin-off from the established BBC soap EastEnders, it is set in EastEnders' regular setting of Albert Square, a Victorian square in the fictional borough of Walford, in the East End of London. Each series follows a group of teenage characters: Zsa Zsa Carter, Leon Small, Fatboy and Mercy Olubunmi in series 1; Asher Levi and his brother Sol, Naz Mehmet, and Stevie Dickinson in series 2; and Ava Bourne, Donnie Lester and Faith Olubunmi in series 3. Atmospheres was a weekly television series on The Weather Channel. The series, hosted by popular meteorologist Jim Cantore and Mish Michaels, featured current weather news and information. Some of the original segments included "Feature of the Week", dramatic rescue stories from inclement weather; "Destinations", which highlighted exotic locales; "In The Elements", profiles of people working in extreme weather, and a unique weather story that varied with each episode. Each episode contained three local and two national forecasts. Originally, Atmospheres aired new episodes on Sundays at 8PM and 11PM eastern, Wednesdays at 8PM eastern, and Saturdays at 5PM eastern. Encore episodes aired on Saturdays at 8PM and 11PM eastern and Sundays at 5PM eastern. In January 2003, when the award winning drama Storm Stories premiered, new episodes of Atmospheres no longer aired. Reruns still aired on weekends until the end of summer 2003 when Storm Stories started airing every night. Since then, Atmospheres has not been on The Weather Channel's programming schedule; however, Atmospheres was the first entry of a vision and initiative proposed in 2000 for creating a defining signature long-form program like Storm Stories, It Could Happen Tomorrow and When Weather Changed History. Cantores new show, Storm Stories premiered the same night Atmospheres had ended.

American Inventor was a reality television series based on a competition to be named America's best inventor. It was conceived by UK entrepreneur Peter Jones, who appears on the British version of the somewhat similar programme Dragons' Den, a format originated in Japan where it is owned by Sony. It was produced by Jones alongside Simon Cowell and the producers of American Idol. It premiered on ABC on March 16, 2006. It was organized as a competition between the various Inventors resulting in one overall winner. Janusz Liberkowski, who invented a new type of child safety seat based on the human womb called the Anecia Safety Capsule, was declared the first season's winner in a live episode on May 18, 2006. The second season premiered on June 6, 2007. Firefighter Greg Chavez, who invented a fire suppression system for Christmas Trees called the Guardian Angel, was the winner of the second season, on August 1, 2007. On March 20, 2008, the show's official website was removed, and the series was not included on the 2008 fall schedule, therefore the series was cancelled.
