I Dream of Jeannie

While on a mission, American astronaut Captain Tony Nelson is forced to make an emergency landing that will forever change his life. On a deserted South Pacific island, Captain Nelson happens upon a bottle containing a beautiful two-thousand-year-old female genie named Jeannie. Rescuing her from the bottle nets Tony the requisite three wishes, and then some, when Jeannie pledges total devotion to her new "master".

Courting Alex

Elfman portrays Alex Rose, a successful, single attorney who works with her father Bill at his law firm. Alex struggles with dating while looking for love in a big city. Her father wants her to settle down with her coworker Stephen, a star lawyer at the firm who is smitten with her. She prefers Scott, the tavern owner she meets in the first episode, who her father doesn't approve of. Alex relies on the advice of her assistant Molly and British neighbor Julian. Comedian Wayne Federman has a recurring role as office sycophant, Johnson.

Twenty Good Years is a short-lived American sitcom created by Michael J. Thirteen episodes were produced, with an NBC premiere of October 11, 2006; however, due to low ratings, it was canceled after only four episodes and replaced by a block of specials.
