Sometime in the future, the world has completely dried up and become almost entirely desert. The few rivers and lakes remaining are inhabited by villains and dangerous animals. Water has become the most valuable thing on the planet, and whomever controls the water shall rule the world. Enter Captain Kuppa and his robot partner Drum, as they face off against the nefarious businessman, Bibimap, who is attemptting to horde all of the water he can find to sell at a premium.
