30 Days

30 Days is a reality television show on the FX cable network in the United States, created and hosted by Morgan Spurlock. In each episode, Spurlock, or some other person or group of people, spend 30 days immersing themselves in a particular lifestyle with which they are unfamiliar, while discussing related social issues. As in Spurlock's film, Super Size Me, there are a number of rules unique to each situation which must be followed during each such experiment. At least one episode each season has featured Spurlock as the person spending the month in the particular lifestyle. Season one premiered on June 15, 2005, and its respective DVD set was released July 11, 2006. The second season premiered on July 26, 2006. Season 3 of 30 Days premiered on June 3, 2008. FX said on November 6 that it would not be renewing the series for a fourth season, effectively canceling the show. The show has recently been picked up for re-air by Planet Green, though no new episodes have been ordered. In the United Kingdom, the program is broadcast on More4 and Channel 4. In Australia, the program is broadcast on Network Ten and Lifestyle Channel. It currently airs in Canada on Independent Film Channel and Canal Vie. It also airs on FX in Latin America. In Norway it airs on TV 2. In Sweden it airs on TV4 and Kanal 9.

Shoah

Director Claude Lanzmann spent 11 years on this sprawling documentary about the Holocaust, conducting his own interviews and refusing to use a single frame of archival footage. This epic documentary changed the way we think about the Holocaust. Featuring interviews with survivors, bystanders, and perpetrators from across Europe, mostly Poland and Germany, Shoah is drawn from over 300 hours of contemporary conversations with these witnesses, along with footage of overgrown sites of unspeakable horrors, including the concentration camp at Auschwitz. The monumental film grew out of Lanzmann's concern that the genocide perpetrated only 40 years earlier was already being forgotten. In response, he relied entirely on accounts from witnesses, rather than historical footage or reenactments, sometimes resorting to hidden cameras or other deceptions to coax stories and memories from those with whom he spoke.

Knights of God

Knights of God was a British science fiction children's television serial, produced by TVS and first broadcast on ITV in 1987. It was written by Richard Cooper, a writer who had previously worked in both children's and adult television drama. Set in the year 2020, it showed a Britain ruled by the Knights of God, a fascist and anti-Christian religious order that came to power during a brutal civil war twenty years previously. It starred George Winter as Gervase Owen Edwards, the Welsh son of a resistance leader, and John Woodvine as the Prior Mordrin, leader of the titular cult. Patrick Troughton played Arthur, the apparent leader of the English resistance, and Julian Fellowes played Mordrin's ambitious and ruthless second-in-command, Brother Hugo.

From the Heartland with John Kasich was an American news/talk television program appearing on Fox News Channel hosted by now-Ohio governor John Kasich. The show was broadcast live every Saturday at 8:00 p.m. ET. Unlike most New York based Fox News Channel programming, Kasich's program originated out of Columbus, Ohio. From the Heartland was similar to Bill O'Reilly's news program The O'Reilly Factor. Some of the stories were like a wrap up of the events that happened during the week on The O'Reilly Factor. Kasich has also frequently been a guest host of The O'Reilly Factor. The final edition of From the Heartland with John Kasich aired on April 21, 2007. John Kasich is now the Governor of Ohio.

Life Coach

Ailada is a hardworking woman, who runs an online clothing sales page with her friend Sushi. Ailada lives with her boyfriend Fin, a salesman whose parents passed away when he was a child. Fin tells Alida about the offer but she finds it sketchy and rejects the proposal. Frustrated by Alida's response and his inferiority complex of not being able to provide, Fin gets into an argument with her. While being overwhelmed with stress, Ailada goes to Facebook and comes across Venus, a public figure that can supposedly help people with wealth and happiness. Ailada then starts to think about the goals she wants to set and reach in the future. The next morning, Ailada goes to meet Venus for help.
