At Pedrinho's request, Dona Benta begins to tell the legend of the Minotaur. In the middle of the story, a strange visitor appears on the farm and takes Aunt Natácia to some unknown place. Upon discovering that she was kidnapped by the Minotaur, the whole gang goes on an adventure to try to save Aunt Nastácia. And that's when the fun begins.
If the Sítio gang’s imagination usually knows no bounds, just imagine what happens when they decide to embark on a "Journey to the Sky"! First, Pedrinho builds a telescope. Then, the boy gathers Narizinho, Emília, Visconde, Conselheiro, and Tia Nastácia. They arrive in a strange, mysterious place, decide they are on the Moon, and—just like that—cause such a ruckus that they wake up Saint George’s dragon! And that’s only the beginning, as the gang goes on to visit other planets, ride comets, and even meet a new companion: an innocent little angel with a broken wing. Meanwhile, a group of astronomers is preparing to announce the first intelligent life forms spotted in space. Guess who they turn out to be!

In 1952, TV Tupi, Brazil's first television channel, invited psychiatrist Júlio Gouveia and his wife, Russian writer Tatiana Belinky, to develop the network’s children's programming. Memories of the Sítio is a trip through the personal recollections of these actors and the story of the first television adaptation of Monteiro Lobato’s work.
