“Navigation” is the name of a documentary film directed by Hossein Rajabian, the Iranian filmmaker.It was produced for an anthropological NGO in the Middle East, but was never released due to censorship in Iran.The movie is about a group of children between eight and twelve years of age who had not left their village before the production of the work in 2005. They had not even gone to nearby villages because of the impassibility of the roads in their place of residence. However, one day, their teacher decides to take them to the sea. Their trip accidentally coincides with the travel of Anousheh Ansari, the first female Iranian astronaut, to space. The movie simultaneously narrates both events.

The Upside-down Triangle

A film about the right to divorce for women in Iran. The Upside-down Triangle is the first feature film by Iranian independent filmmaker Hossein Rajabian. The black-and-white film has been shot and directed by Rajabian – who has been involved in photography for years – using digital cinema technology. The shooting of the film kicked off in mid-February 2013 and came to an end in early May 2013. Searching for the Lost Pochta

Travelogue of two film historians Nikolay Izvolov and Sergey Kapterev who visit world film archives around the globe in search of a lost sound version of one famous Soviet cartoon. It's "The Post" made by Mikhail Tsekhanovsky in 1929 and based on a poem by Samuil Marshak. At first "The Post" has been released in a silent form and later Tsekhanovsky remade it with experimental music and narration by Daniil Kharms. At that moment it was the first Soviet sound cartoon and it was a success all over the world. Russian film studies consider "The Post" to be of great importance and artistic value but unfortunately it's still lost. Only the silent version and the 1964 remake are still known and available.

A Texas Romance, 1909

The film recreates the world of a small Texas town in 1909, based on photos and letters. It tells the story of a local mailman who falls in love, marries, and tragically loses his wife soon after.
