Proverbial Luck

This comedy helps to illustrate them and tells the story of two Austrian neighbours, who become enamoured. “Foam-beater" (boaster) Hanspeter throws an eye after an addleheaded Annemarie, but she just "shows him the bird" (indicates that he is chuckoo). He must "jump over his shadow" (take the plunge) and get a foot in her door. Amusement for proverb fans who love to make whoopee, gaze into the pale blue yonder, or get to the point.

Life Partner

The film is about three close friends, each one having a different perspective about marriage. Govinda plays a divorce lawyer in the film who doesn't believe in marriage and is a Casanova of sorts. Happy Birthday to John

On the same day an unusual group of John's and Yoko's friends, including Ringo, Allen Ginsberg, Paul Krasner, and many others, gathered to celebrate John's birthday. This film is a visual and audio record of that event.

“Navigation” is the name of a documentary film directed by Hossein Rajabian, the Iranian filmmaker.It was produced for an anthropological NGO in the Middle East, but was never released due to censorship in Iran.The movie is about a group of children between eight and twelve years of age who had not left their village before the production of the work in 2005. They had not even gone to nearby villages because of the impassibility of the roads in their place of residence. However, one day, their teacher decides to take them to the sea. Their trip accidentally coincides with the travel of Anousheh Ansari, the first female Iranian astronaut, to space. The movie simultaneously narrates both events.

People is a film shot behind closed doors in a workshop/house on the outskirts of Paris and features a dozen characters. It is based on an interweaving of scenes of moaning and sex. The house is the characters' common space, but the question of ownership is distended, they don't all inhabit it in the same way. As the sequences progress, we don't find the same characters but the same interdependent relationships. Through the alternation between lament and sexuality, physical and verbal communication are put on the same level. The film then deconstructs, through its repetitive structure, our relational myths.
