When Volcom was founded in 1991, it was the first company to combine skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding under one brand from its inception. The cultural phenomenon was best captured when Volcom released "Alive We Ride" in 1993: a film documenting the raw excitement and spontaneous creativity inherent to the lifestyle. Twenty-one years later, with the release of "True To This", Volcom again captures the energy and artistry of board-riding in its purest forms. Shot all around the world and showcasing iconic athletes, "True To This" is a tribute to the movement that inspired a generation and the people and places that embody that spirit today.

Isenseven: Let's Go Get Lost

Wow! Ten Years.. Who'd a thought. Not us When we started filming each other back in 1999 with our crappy handycams, editing our little films. Ten years and 7 movies later we bring you a movie that is more IsenSeven than you can wave a stick at. We travelled the world and got lost, but experienced loads of fun stuff which we caught with our sexy HD cams. There's also some snowboarding in this box!

Depth Perception

What happens when you take a Young Gun, a veteran, some chick and this other guy and drop them off in the middle of the snow-coated Canadian wilderness with a few boards and enough lenses to make even Marilyn Monroe blush? We wanted to find out. And so we did all that. Then we made Depth Perception. The film invites you to join Austen Sweetin, Travis Rice, Robin Van Gyn and Bryan Fox on an expedition. It'n to learn about nature. An expedition to ride some of the best backcountry on the planet. And, occasionally, an expedition to violently fall down a mountain to the peaceful hum of a violin. Mmm. Yeah. Depth Perception is somehow as earnest as it is tongue-in-cheek.

Who Cares

WHO CARES - featuring Charles Reid, Darcy Sharpe, Ryan Paterson, Jamie Anderson, Dustin Craven, and friends is a snowboarding movie. over the 2018/19 winter season, the crew traveled from Whistler BC to Revelstoke ending in Alaska. Directed by Filmmaker Ryan Kenny and snowboarder Charles Reid. Enjoy.

Shelter

A tale of five adventurers back on the boards. Their passion: the most beautiful summits in the world and the freedom to ride them. This year, they decided to change the practice, minimizing their CO2 emissions and finding ways to stay as neutral as possible in a changing nature. Determined to return to basics, they traveled for two months the Swiss and French Alps through valleys near their homes. Here is their message.

The last of Robot Food's trio of snowboarding movies, following their previous releases "Lame" and "Afterbang". Afterlame attempts to break away from the traditional snowboard highlight flick and showcase the fun and creative side of the sport, while detailing how it brings a group of friends together.

First Descent

First Descent is a 2005 documentary film about snowboarding and its beginning in the 1980s. The snowboarders featured in this movie (Shawn Farmer, Nick Perata, Terje Haakonsen, Hannah Teter and Shaun White with guest appearances from Travis Rice) represent three generations of snowboarders and the progress this young sport has made over the past two decades. Most of the movie was shot in Alaska.
